Cook’s Emporium in Ames is holding a cooking demonstration on how to make two fall favorites.
The cooking demonstration will show how to make corn chowder and minestrone with fresh produce from the Farmers’ Market.
The soup-making demonstration starts at 10 a.m. and is $5. No pre-registration is required. Cook’s Emporium is located at 313 Main St. in Ames.
