The Presidential inauguration may have already happened this week but Iowa Senator Herman Quimback is still celebrating.
The Ames senator is holding an inauguration fundraiser for his reelection fund with Iowa Senate President Pam Jochum set to special guest. Jochum represents Dubuque in the State Senate.
The public is welcome and can expect refreshments and appetizers at the Octagon Center for the Arts on 5th and Douglas in downtown Ames. The festivities will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
