CITY SURVEY: Campustown Cyclists Views Wanted | Public Spaces
Cyclists in Campustown are being asked for their opinions.
Ames Public Works Department is conducting the poll to improve traffic flow and safety.
“The survey asks bikers to share thoughts on items such as how often they bike in the area, how safe they feel, and what amenities would be helpful,” said Operations Supervisor Corey Mellies, Ames Public Works Department. “We know Campustown experiences a high volume of vehicles, bike riders, and pedestrians. With all these different modes of transportation in a relatively compact space, we are looking for ways to make the area work best for everyone.”
